A debt recovery system developed for a national domestic goods rental company. The eight-user system was linked to a Sage sales ledger and helped the customer successfully recover debt from many thousands of accounts.
A company supplying nation-wide advertising space in theatre programs required a system to handle advertisement contracts. A twenty-user system was developed to automate all correspondence and invoicing. Acknowledgement and copy chasing letters are generated according to individual contract requirements.A flexible invoicing system prints invoices according to a user defined schedule. The system updates a Sage sales ledger with account details and invoice postings. Extensive reporting provides management information and maximises repeat business.
A multinational biotechnology company chose Sage to replace their existing modular system. A data migration program was required to move data from their old system. In addition to Sales and Purchase Ledgers the Nominal Ledger was reconstructed complete with audit trail. The stock files were migrated complete with batch tracing transactions. Finally Purchase orders were migrated. The migration program enabled the new system to be set up over a weekend ready for processing to proceed seamlessly on the Monday.
